Each lamp is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans in Vietnam. The production process combines detailed modeling, painting, epoxy resin casting, and careful grinding and polishing to create a refined and durable finish.

HOW IT'S MADE

Each lamp undergoes 12 carefully controlled production steps:

Sketching the initial product concept.
Creating and refining a mold or 3D prototype design.
3D printing the basic structure of the epoxy lamp.
Washing the printed model with a specialized solution.
Curing the model under UV light.
Applying the base coat of paint.
Layering multiple colors and adding intricate details, with details as small as 0.1 mm.
Pouring the epoxy resin.
Compressing the mold in a high-pressure chamber to reduce air bubbles and improve resin clarity.
Trimming excess material.
Completing multiple stages of detailed grinding and polishing for a smooth, glossy finish.
Inspecting each finished epoxy resin lamp for quality and craftsmanship.

Every stage is handled by experienced artisans with approximately 3–5 years of experience, ensuring careful attention to detail throughout the production process.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing typically takes 1–5 days, depending on the design and level of detail. Each lamp is carefully inspected before completion. If the finished piece does not meet our quality standards, we may remake or refine it to achieve the desired result.
