These Terms govern your use of caslova.com and any purchase you make. The site is operated by Caslova.
Products
- All lamps are handmade to order. Because they are hand-poured with no molds, small variations in color, bubbles, and wood grain are natural and expected.
- Product images are representative. Your piece will be very close to the photos but not identical.
- We aim to display accurate prices and descriptions. If an error occurs, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you.
Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or an error is found).
- Prices are shown in USD. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before payment.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders are made to order and ship from our workshop in USA. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Caslova name, logo, images, and text — is owned by Caslova and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time of purchase.
