Refund policy

At Caslova, every resin lamp is handcrafted with care. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
What we accept returns for
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect choices (such as the wrong size or color selected at checkout).
Return window
You must report a damaged or defective item within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
Conditions
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt), and with clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Because each lamp is handmade, slight natural variations in color, bubbles, and wood grain are normal and are not considered defects.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@caslova.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- We will reply within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will send return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return shipping costs
For approved damaged, defective, or manufacturer-fault returns, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged or defective item, let us know in your email and we will arrange one.
