Shipping policy

We ship primarily to the United States, European Union, and Canada.
Order processing
Because our lamps are handmade to order, please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping time
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.
Please note your total time to receive an order is the processing time (1–3 weeks) plus the shipping time (5–7 business days). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking after your processing window, contact support@caslova.com.
Customs, duties, and taxes (EU, Canada, and international)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or stuck shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order appears lost, contact us at support@caslova.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
