What are your pieces made of?
Every piece is hand-poured epoxy resin, most set on a real wood base. Our lamps have a built-in color-changing LED, run on USB, and include a remote for the light modes. Chess boards and décor pieces are solid resin and wood with no electronics. Full details are on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order and carefully handcrafted, with a processing time of 2–4 weeks. Once ready, your order ships from the USA with tracking and typically arrives within 4–7 days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat $10, and orders over $500 qualify for free shipping. You'll see the estimated delivery dates on each product page before you buy.
What size are the pieces?
Most pieces come in small, medium, and large. Exact dimensions are listed under Size on each product page, so you can match it to your desk, shelf, or table.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but not identical. Each piece is poured by hand with no molds, so small differences in colour, bubbles, and wood grain are natural — they're what make yours one of a kind.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@caslova.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We cover return shipping on approved claims, and you can choose a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. As every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or custom pieces made to your specifications.
